We previously stressed that we will do everything in our power to provide our students access to online education programs and our support to them will continue. We have managed to exceed our goal which was 500,000. We have delivered more than 700,000 tablets. This week, we have delivered another 42 thousand and 873 tablets."

Minister Selçuk noted that tablet distribution is carried out according to certain criteria such as financial status of families, number of siblings and academic success.

Selçuk stressed that since the beginning of the pandemic, the Ministry has supported students by providing sources, delivering tablets and increasing EBA Support Points and went on to say: "Our students are very important, our teachers are very important. Our Ministry is showing extraordinary effort with all of its departments and units in order to support them during this period. We are producing and providing special additional sources for students in every grade of the education system. We are on the side of our students with alternative systems. We continue to reach every single student with lecture broadcasts on TRT EBA channels, live lectures in the EBA internet platform and the EBA Support Points."
